Deeside Proposed Development

We give notice  on 23/03/2020 that BGB Scaffolding intend to submit a Planning Application to Flintshire County Council for the creation of a storage unit park on the disused land on Babbage Road, Engineer Park, Sandycroft ,Deeside  Flintshire CH52QD to the North of The Karting Track and bounded by The River Dee.  The proposals include for 33 storage units to be available for rent plus a storage unit for BGB Scaffolding all to be bounded with security fencing. This Notice is given as part of a Pre-Application Consultation with the Local Community prior BGB Scaffolding making the application and comments regarding the proposals should be made to the address below.
